WOW---well then I would inspect the fuel line to the front (engine) carefully but do not forget the return line---how much body damage was done? You do need to check out the sump if there was that much trama to the pump as the sump would have had the hit first--good luck and do let us know. For what it is worth my thoughts now are SUMP issues!

Lawrence did you use a correct pump or an aftermarket pump??? You need to check the fuel pressure at the rail---if the pressure drop is consistent with the preformance you have a restriction either on the feed side or the delivery side. Unless the car has been bottomed out or jacked improperly and crushed a feed line I would suspect the delivery to the pump side--or as I said fuel filter and or the sump. The pump leaking is bothersom as they tend to not function but not leak.

VERY LITTLE FUEL TO ENGINE
Lawrence there is no bleed--the fuel system takes care of that--why did you change the pump? Here are some possible solutions--there are two relays in the boot that run the pump--one is for startup and runs the pump up to pressure when you cycle the key, and the other runs the pump after but if you run for a few mins that is modt likely not the issue. What pressure do you have at the fuel rail? Did you change the filter when you changed the pump and if so did you inatall it correctly? Lastly for now if you did all of that it is possible your pick-up sump (under the battery carrier) needs cleaning. By the way when you start the car--what happens if you give it a little throttle?
Well knowing that I am convinced I would look at the sump--if it was pushed up that far I bet it is fouling the pickup in the sump tank!
