Hey guys,
I'm new to the site, but have a complete drivetrain from a Series 2 XKE and am wondering its value. Its only a dual carb setup and is missing a few small parts here and there. The casting number on the block is 7r37111-9.
I know this isn't the rare 3 carb setup, but from what I understand it still has some value right. A local shop in Los angeles offered me around 300 just for the head and said the rest in junk. Is that right?
Also it will be for sale if you are in the southern California area.
