So this should work on my 1990 XJS? Getting some squealing from mine that seems to happen when a load, such as the A/c is put on it. Blip the throttle and it usually stops. Is not constant. Charging just fine. Not even sure that the alternator is the problem. Could be something with the compressor. Probably just need to take it to my tech. All belt are good and tensioned correctly.
