We have been experiencing steering tightness immediately upon starting the car. After 5 minutes or so of driving, the steering returns to normal. We don't hear the normal 'whine' of a power steering pump. Husband checked fluid, all is fine. This is our first Jag, which we have owned since new. What could it be? We live in Central Florida. Any suggestions where to go for free diagnostics? Any insights from season Jag owners is very much appreciated. Thanks!
