It takes approx 15 seconds or less to compress a pic to sub 200k Joey.
Right click on the thumbnail and click 'open with' then select Microsoft Office then click on the'Picture' tab at the top and choose 'Compress Pictures'. Choose the web page option and click OK and save the pic with a new name and post it here.
