Are there sealed (never need greasing) U-Joints (bearings) avaialble for a 1968 Series 1.5? All the suppliers that I find have grease fittings on the U-Joint.

Why do you think they all stock greasable Joints, They last longer than a "LIFETIME".
U-joints on E-types are highy loaded. Beware of inexpensive ones. I've seen them right out of the box with missing needle rollers, or yoke binds against end cap once circlip is forced in, causing it to run hot and extrude the grease.
