I know it is a pain but there have been further edits to the proposed rule book changes. That is what this point in time is for. It is better for the discussion on the proposed changes to take place here where everyone can see them rather than at the AGM.
Go to JCNA.com, click on AGM and scroll down to NB-3. You can click on each chapter to see the proposed changes.
