Section 1. Annual General Meeting: The annual general meeting of the members shall be held annually. Location will be a regular AGM agenda item and determined by the delegates present at the AGM a minimum of two (2) years in advance by the availability of a qualified host JCNA group.

Section 1. Annual General Meeting: The annual general meeting of the members shall be held annually. Location will be a regular AGM agenda item and determined by the delegates present at the AGM. It is recommended, but not required, that the location of the AGMs be determined a minimum of two (2) years in advance by the availability of a qualified host JCNA group.

Reason: Many clubs cannot commit to hosting an AGM two (2) years in advance.
