I can't believe I can't find a single exploded view diagram or photo of this, but I give up. My car had the rear license plate screwed directly into the flat panel above and between the tail pipes on the car, without a bracket. It sat up too high, and did not look like it was supposed to, so I bought the bracket for the rear- it only has holes in it for the license plate itself. How does it mount to the body of the car? I've turned it upside down and sideways, but it doesn't really make sense. Anybody got a photo of it mounted to your car without the plate already installed? This has to be so simple, I am really confused here...
