Edward, the simple way to determine the gear ratio is to raise the rear wheels of the ground, car in neutral. rotate the rear wheels one turn and count the times the drive shaft rotates. Mark drive shaft with tape or chalk line. That will be the ratio. Or you could remove the rear cover, good time to flush the rear end, and read the numbers stamped on the ring gear.
