This is what the holes look like on the body... The top two with plastic inserts are where the license plate was directly mounted...the bottom two look "added" and I'm really not sure what they were used for, maybe some wires had been run through them at some point, but I just don't know why, they aren't there anymore. Or the bracket is supposed to have two holes drilled in it, and that's where it really mounts? This all needs to be really cleaned up...
