"... not electrically grounded" ? I wish I knew more about electrical stuff.
The side brackets on the radiator are bolted to #3 and #4 in the drawing above, as well as to the support brackets (#10). That should ground the assembly to the frame. The only other electrical connection is the otter switch.
Where/how would I be looking to see if there's continuity?
