I hate to do the back and forth thing on this issue, but my notes show that the contract that was signed with the editor in the winter of 2000 was to allocate $500/ issue for contributors to be used at the editors direction in whole or part per issue, and allocate another $500/ issue for contributors for each issue the editor sold more than $12,000 of advertising. That would allow $6,000/ year for contributors. I am not aware that this amount was ever reduced after the 2000 year contract.
Maybe the club should post the budget of the club and or the employee contracts on this site to eliminate any grey areas of JCNA finance.
