Don states what should be clear to any and every one that has old cars
and wants to spend time with same. Include everyone. Make rules to keep the field level, not to exclude participation.
Most entrants know which cars are actually best and would like to absorb anything beneficial to their situation. Hopefully, all of us enjoy seeing a better car, even if it beats us.
Keeping events fun with participants able to compete at a level that they are comfortable with will bring out more cars that should be competing.
