Douglas, You might try Ralph Miller at OLDE YORK CLASSICS in York, PA. Ralph deals primarily in the restoration of the"Classic" Jaguars - both saloons and roadsters - to Concours standard.. His work is outstanding -and has restored several 100-point Concours-winners. I have had Ralph work on my XK 140 - during a "piece-meal" restoration in the D-01 Class, and have been very pleased with his work, and have found his charges to be very reasonable. However- it sounds that you are primarily interested in only a "top-knotch" paint job - wich I can assure you that Ralph can provide.
