If wired correctly, 999 times out of 1,000 its the brake pressure switch down by the booster.
VERY SIMPLY, take a jumper clip or wire and connect the 2 wires attached to the switch on the master cylinder.
Go in the car and turn the key to the power mode. I bet you the lights come on.
When you put pressure on the pedal the fluid pushes up the switch and the connection is made. By just jumping the 2 wires together it will do the same thing.
Remember, power on or battery power connected.
Good luck. If that works, you can take a pair of plyers, unscrew the switch and just screw on another one, if you don't hit the peddle, you shouldnt collect air in the system and should be okay, if not bleed the brakes just incase.
