If I understand your question correctly the radius arm cup and the body mount do not match. I think this is not unusual when assembling with new parts.
I attached a 'come along' to the IRS wishbone and then to the front suspension support and then put some tension on it to pull everything into alignment. It did not take much tension and it did work. I would not hook it to the stamped IRS subframe.
This is the way I did it and others might have better ideas.
