A most annoying shift from a stand still, a thing I would love to do away with.

From a stand still--say at a stop light--the shift from 1st to 2nd can be quick and hard if not handled with care. All shifting from there to overdrive is normal and smooth.

Do any of you have the same symptoms in your car? I would like to have this changed to a smoother shift if possible.
