Proposals for Consideration by the JCNA BoD at the Fall Meeting.

Three (3) proposals are presented in the 'Concours & Originality' forum for consideration. They primarily address concours issues, but obviously potential membership issues are also affected. Please go to that forum and review the proposals if you are not getting automatic e-mail from that particular forum.

The 3 proposals are independent of one another and can be implemented in any combination, however implementation of #2 would lessen the need to implement #3. Justification/explanatory text is included as necessary. Critique and suggestions are welcomed.

Please include overall critique in the overall Proposal thread in the Concours forum, and critique of the individual proposal points under those threads, respectively.
