I check the switch and nothing happen so I open up the console and the odd button is not connected to anything its just there any suggestion because a ran a jumper wire and all the motors work but not control from the button

What the defeat button does is make/break the ground path to the window relay.
Either the wires fell off (and are dangling down there somewhere) or the previous onwer has changed the wiring.
I look for wires and reattach them to the switch or jump them together, bypassing the switch. If the wires are simply gone then a different approach is needed.
Go to the window realy at the *extreme* right end of the dash, to the right of the glove box.
Check as follows:
brown wire = 12v at all times
white/pink wire = 12v with key on
black/pink = ground (this goes to the defeat switch)
red/slate = 12v with key on (voltage supply to the switches)
Post back with results
OR.......
Unplug the relay and jump the brown and red/slate wires and see if everything works
