Thank you for your kind replies. I really appreciate it. A partial answer, this is mixed driving, about half highway at 55 and half in town.
What I gather from the responses is that the carbs could stand to be looked at. I am planning to take it in to the shop soon and have this checked, as I do not have the skills to do that myself.
I will check out the plugs and the oil appearance and will post an answer on that.
