How/where can I locate detailed instructions to overhaul the brake Servo/Master Cyl/Reaction Valve for my Ser 1.5 E-Type? This is all new to me, so I need a pretty detailed instruction set.

Morning Don,
I've rebuilt a few of these and used nothing but the Haynes manual for instructions. I hold the cylinder in a padded vise and made a long three hole wrench out of 1/2" plywood to seperate the booster tank. Sometimes it takes some fiddling around to get the tank haves apart. If the cylinder walls are pitted or scored have the cylinder sleeved. I've used Apple Hydraulics for any sleeving work for many years with never a problem. Make absolutely, 100 %, sure that the pushrod is perfectly smooth or you'll lose brake fluid into the booster tank and that the little piston in the reaction valve moves freely. It would be helpful to take a couple of digital pictures of the main piston and how the seals are arranged.
