Hiya everybody,

OJOA held its first JCNA-sanctioned Slalom last Saturday. To say it was a success would be a huge understatement. Everyody, absolutely everybody, had a blast. The whole Slalom experience is unbelievable. The most-heard comment throughout the day was that participants knew it was going to be fun -- but didn't know it was going to be THAT much fun. No doubt this has a lot to do with adrenalin overloads that we were all floating on throughout the day.

This is also to -- again -- sincerely thank everyone in the JCNA family who helped us get this event up and going. We appreciate your support and your enthusiasm.

Thanks to everyone....

Jeff Booth OJOA

PS: Here's a link to our still-under-construction Slalom report page. There is also a link near the bottom to a video clip, taken at the end of the day, when we had some play time. The day started off heavily overcast and slowly got wetter -- but we got the whole Slalom agenda done!

A strange thing is happening: the OJOA slalom and the Michigan concours were drenched in rain and yet were as much fun as any sunny event - must be a British ambience thing!
