I quote from the blog: Alanbrand.com :

"Auto Express fuels the rumours of a new Jaguar supercar, despite denials from Jaguar bosses, with an article about the Jaguar XE. With an all-new aluminum chassis, the 510 hp supercharged engine from the XJ [2009 XFR?], and a sub 4 second 0-60 time, Auto Express suggests that it will be a rival to the Audi R8."

Anyone else more net-savvy please add info ....it sounds yummy - like a cross between a XJ220 and a XKE and with some F-Type and XFR mixed in.

Hey Dan,

Do you know anyone that has an early XK120 roadster partial or complete body for sale? I have just purchased a 1950 XK120 that was wrecked somewhere between 1952-1955 and then someone converted it to a rat-rod racer (see picture below). The engine is said to have less than 20,000 miles on it and the car runs beautifully. I want to give it a new life by removing the racer body and re-fitting it with a roadster body.

If you or anyone else reading this has any leads for me (any XK120 body parts) please contact me using my personal email address: bsheridanatrestaurantplus.com

Thanks, Bob
