Hi all.
I recently purchased a 1985 Jaguar XJ from my father. The car sat for the better part of the past 5 years. I was amazed that it started right up and still drives great.
I have noticed that it does have an oil leak somewhere - I have new head gaskets to put on. Sometimes the power steering squeals, and I'm pretty sure the exhaust will need to be replaced. The driver seat is also in need of repair!
My question(s): The car was manufactured in Canada so the speedo ect is in Metric. Does this have any impact on where I have the car serviced? I live in Lakewood, Ohio - any one close to me that could offer suggestions on where to take it for service?
