Need some help guys

Need some help guys. I have a system fitted in my car that I need to get some technical help on. The company and trade names that I have are as follows. "Electroloop Antenna" "Clifford Electronics" "Direct Electronics in Vista California" and "Matrix" Does anyone have any knowledge of any of these. I am in Canada but I will take a contact name of a Company anywhere in the world so that I can use them to trace back to a local guy near me.
