Can anyone recognize/name the picture.

Sure looks a lot like the center console on my 95 XJS, viewed from the passenger side. The larger phenolic blocks (upper left) looks like the window up.down terminal blocks. The white phenolic block (center) looks like the cigar/cigarette lighter wiring. Hope this is helpful.
