If this problen suddenly appeared do as John suggested, if it appeared over a few year time period I'd plumb in a mechanical oil pressure gauge before going into the engine as problems with the electrical sending units are not uncommon. Many years ago I had the same problem with my 69 and found the the electric sending unit was reading 10-15 PSI low compared to the two mechanical pressure gauges that I used.
