The mid run of the series 2 did not have vacuum retard or advance. The weights inside are set for linear advance to 20degrees.
This looks a standard 22D but the points have been replaced. Look at the marking on the side, if its 41207. (or close, im typing from memory). Its not a vacuum dizzy.

There is a lot of info from google on this distributor. Parts are also availble. Or you can sink $450 in a brand new 123ignitionusa unit.

Still very easy and cheap to rebuild and run as intended with points.. Been working for me for 44 years
