I am new to the JCNA so forgive me if I missed another thread that already addresses this but I am looking for recommendations for mechanical repairs and maintenance on my 1966 Jag E-Type in the Seattle/Eastside area.
So far, it has been difficult to find people that I feel confident in that can perform mechanical work on my car. I have put some dough into it so far but can see that I will, eventually, shell out a lot more in the coming 3-4 years to mechanically restore and maintain this car. It only has about 47K original miles but hell, after nearly 50 years, things just wear out.
Another thing, while my paint isn't too bad, especially for a driver, I was wondering if someone could give me some sort of idea what a good full-on paint job would run me. Not looking to trailer it around to shows but want it to pop when out and about.
