One of the proposals on the AGM agenda would limit cars less then ten years old to being shown ONLY in the driven classes. The reasoning was that because the car is so new the condition reflects what the manufacture did more then the devotion to upkeep of the owner. By the same reasoning it would seem that a professionally restored car would also be limited to the driven classes for exactly the same reason!!
