Is there a member of JCNA who resides in the South Carolina area who is a legal proffesional, basically a lawyer or similar . I need to proceed with a case I guess against an engine builder who has sold or otherwise disposed of a large amount of parts from a 6.0 litre engine that I had paid for in full..... lets face it who in their right mind would throw out a full set of late model 6.0 litre low mileage rods and pistons, full fuel rail and injectors , distributorless ignition system etc. I could go on...... I need a lawyer preferably one who is knowledgeable about Jaguar cars. As I live in Canada I believe I am being screwed over. Currently the builder has $6,000 US of my cash and parts or thereabouts. He even suggests I pay $300 US for him to put it in a box.
It has been 27 months since I paid for the initial engine ...................too long and too much.
