JCNA Competition Chair Appointed

Congratulations to Bill Streitenberger! He is hereby appointed to the newly created position of North American Competition Chair, having the responsibility to supervise the actions of the individual chair people of the Concours, slalom, and Rally competition programs of the JCNA.

Further, Bill will also assume the Rally chairmanship formerly held by Doug Carr. Bill's rally experience and involvement with the rule book and the new rules passed at the 2003 AGM will allow him to "hit the ground running". Bill is the recently elected JCNA V.P. and has shown his willingness to jump into the fray! We expect that his guidance of all JCNA competition programs will translate into growth.
