Thanks, Joe- I'm not so much worried as trying to build a history of a 66 Series 1 Coupe I'm strongly considering purchasing. As the JDHT certificate shows, the car was imported by Harold L Davi from Italy which makes sense as the Distributor was Fattori & Montani of Rome (they still exist), but why would Coventry generate a Registration Mark (Tag number) if the cars distribution was handled by an Italian firm?
I guess, I'm intrigued more than anything. The cars chassis is in incredible shape so Harold must have taken great care of the car and I would love to track down any ownership history if possible...
