Don't worry, If your not sure, when you send in the request they should fill in most of the blanks. My 1970 etype, certificate was mostly filled in from GOD BLESS HER, "Karen Miller ' at the time.
Some of those questions are for earlier cars from before and after the BIG WAR, Like Hornberg on the West coast or Hempstead Jag on the East coast, when there were only a hand full of distributors, by your years everything was under British Leyland.
