I own an 89 cat. Like many late 80's & early 90's Jaguars that I've seen it has 4 screw holes on the right side of the console where a cell phone was installed at one time.
It was entered in the Driven Division at the NCJOC Concours this past weekend received a deduction for the holes - took first anyway. After the judging the judge suggested that I try to determine if there was ever a Jaguar authorized cell phone in/around 1989 and suggested that if there was one that I could attempt to acquire one (or even just the mounting bracket for it) and install in that location for future events.
Does anyone know if there was ever a 'Jaguar approved' cell phone?
