Can these items be True??

1.needed new latch on hood,Still does not close correctly,said I'm not closing it right? 2. battery goes out in 3 days of non use,had alarm voltage cut down,battery now OK for 7 days,is that normal?? 3."should get"4 rear susp mounts does this really require+$900 to do? I can get the parts for $17.50 each,is there a really special machine for this job??

I am sure a hot Jag mechanic could change these mounts in two hours or less @ the most, I could do it myself in 4 for sure, and that is without rushing. Why do you need new mounts anyway.I dont believe a 95 should need new mounts.
Re the latching all you do is lower the hood to the cowl area, and then pull on the latch in the footwell. If the hood rams are stiff you may have to just push down in the centre of the hood area whilst latching. Art

just before I purchased my 95 xjs a few weeks ago, the dealer had replaced both those bonnet hinges for the seller. his cost for both installed was nearly $400.00!; and, still when closing the bonnet usually only one side latches and the other has to be pressed down separately; my local dealer said that is par for the course; even the owner's manual states that is likely to happen so doesn't seem there is a right way to close it that latches both every time. Can't address your other two issues; am also curious to see about the battery life as I hear this is a common issue. Good luck!
