I have searched for 2years for the right rear quarter window top seal for my 89 XJS convertable, no luck with XKS, SNG & others. Any suggestions out there?

I haven't done business with them, but I just did a search and found that World Upholstery & Trim has them listed on their web site. their phone number is (800) 222-9577, Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm PST. Their web site is http://worlduph.com/jaguar/xjs/. Looks like they have lots of good stuff. Is the part number you are looking for Part # 215-5524? If not that may just be their part number for the three piece set.
Good Luck. I'm sure that would be an annoying leak.

Hello Richard. Faced with a similar challenge on my 95 XJS, I bought a small plastic router from Harbor Freight $40, and three router bits for $5 each. I bought 25 feet (minimum length) of 1-inch square gasket material from McMaster-Carr ($25). After fabricating a wood jig to hold the gasket material, I formed my own, perfect fitting gasket.

Works perfectly. Good luck. Bob G.
