Not directly answering your question, but I'd ask : Why not do it yourself? Not all that hard, just follow the book; Few special tools required (and most can be borrowed from this forum). Machine work can be farmed out to a good shop. I am doing mine this way, and it is a rewarding experience, and you get to know your engine on a very personal basis.
OK - suggest buying an engine stand, but not required. A hoist is nice, but they can be rented, or rig up to a sturdy tree branch!
