I need to replace the hood struts (gas shocks/supports)on my '93 XJS 4.0.

They tend to be pretty pricey at the online auto stores but struts are very reasonably priced at my local RV supply.

What length and weight rating do I need ?

Suggestions? Comments? Sources?
