Cam anybody tell me how to obtain a Hertitage Certificate?

Jeff,
On this site, go to the "Library" page, and on the right hand side go down to "Jaguar Cars Archival Services" and then under that see "Heritage Certificates". It takes about 4 weeks but its worth the money and the wait.
