It's time to show my inexperience, yet again. I'm trying to remove the front seatbelts and the Haynes manual is failing me yet again. I can't find the bolt for the reel which is supposed to be at the bottom of the pillar. I do see the lower anchor plate bolt and the stalk bolt as noted in Chapter 13, page 291. Can anyone please provide an answer to my dilemma? Thank's in advance :)

Hi Leroy,
There is a small rectangular access plate on the reel casing that you can remove with a screwdriver. Take that off and you can see the bolt inside.
