David, the components you listed are powered by fuses 6 and 7. The hot side of those fuses are connected together and to the ignition switch and several other things, like the ignition system. I suggest you buy some electrical contact cleaner, CRC is a major brand widely available. Apply a small amount to each connection on those fuse blocks. Just a drop or so, it is conductive.

These connections are prone to corrosion after several decades and are hard to clean mechanically without using the cleaner fluid. If you prefer, replacement fuse holders are easy to install and relatively inexpensive. Still use a drop of cleaner on each push on wire connector; they are still corroded. Keep track of the wires.

If you remove the radio console, the access door will open further making life easier. Good luck.
