I had Jeff at Advanced Distributor do a rebuild on my 70 OTS distributor and set it up with a true "advance" curve to closely match a S1's with some small changes as I am running a mild Isky cam with the triple SU's. It was incredibly reasonable. Like $129, if I remember correctly.
At a minimum, you would get rid of that retardation on the curve. No bueno...
