Unobtanium is the first word that comes to mind - not to mention the cost.
The few seal kits I could find are about $70 each - and it doesn't matter if 2.125 or 2.25 bore.
So I'll start there - Cost and Availability.
Is there a source like Rockauto to get these parts?
If I could find lower cost parts, I would keep my brakes original. This would include buying an inventory of parts since the future looks dodgy for the Dunlops.

In Reply to Tom.s posting which came to my email inbox, : there are many parts dealers like Rock Auto that have planty of these 45 year old E-type parts and want to move them . You have to search the big parts dealers and look for Deals. They are out there . One just has to look around for them.
