George,

I was really wringing my hands about the prep fluid. I've seen some info on-line saying just run a gallon through should be fine, and some info (and of course yourself) say to fill it up and let it run. With cost as a consideration, and the fact that the radiator is brand new I let Evans themselves be a tie breaker. I was informed by e-mail that for my 6 cylinder that draining the block, pushing some air though & using a gallon of prep will be fine (2 gallons if I had the V12). Evan though Evans is "for the life of the engine" maybe in a couple of years I'll just re-drain the whole thing and use more of their coolant. Thanks for your advice though - I'd probably do it your way if I was a little more hands on.

As for the tools - that sounds like a great program and I'm very impressed by the JCNA for having it for those who can use it. Happy Holidays everyone!
