Last note, not to go on and on about it but thanks again George! The drain was right where you thought it might be. I opened up the heater box to check out the core and found it was in pretty bad shape in there. Not that I wanted to have to take care of this too but if there is a problem I want to know about it!! One fix leads to another right? I appreciate your thorough advice.
