I am about to install the new door panels on my 2+2 (1966). I am curios if anyone has quick guidance on the fit along the top of the panels. The bottom and rear side have the punch holes. Along the top there is nothing. There are small 1/8inch holes behind there (but none on the passenger side - go figure) that might have been from some type of sheet metal screw w/ a washer possibly..?.. any ideas on what has been done tasefully vs. what should be original would be helpful. Thanks!

It would appear the chrome strips along the top of the panel will get rivets first which secure this to the top edge. the panel will then slide into this strip and then lastly get secured to the bottom and back. you've gotta think backwards sometimes to figure this stuff out : -)
