Friends,
I've e-mailed directly with someone a few times at JCNA letting them know forum is broken, look at what everyone is writing and complaining etc. The good news is that it is a known problem and they are "working on it". The bad news you all know - no one is telling us "we know and are working on it, sorry for our appearance while we re-model". So I'm writing to pass this along and hope that even if you leave the forum that you'll check back from time to time...its been too good to give up on and I hope you'll be back!
