Hi Jay,
I just bought one from the shoppe. I will use it. My door light switch is in the jamb as well. I am not a mechanic so i struggle with the names of some of the things I am describing. I am still trying to figure out if I have to remove the entire door to have good access or if I can unscrew the switch and pull it out with the wire.
